Staging Buyback Program

Is your Parker Staged home under contract with more than one week left until your expiration? We hope that staging your home played a great role in your sale. We would like to destage your property at our next available appointment and in return, WE WILL PAY YOU FOR THE REMAINING TIME ON YOUR CONTRACT. If, for some reason, your contract falls through after destaging with the buyback program, we will restage the property for 50% of the original staging fee.​
