The most popular staging package is our Base Package. This includes your living room, kitchen, dining room, main bedroom and bathroom.

What time does the staging team arrive?
Our staging schedule is created on a daily basis and is finalized the morning of a staging day. Therefore, the Staging Team arrival time varies. If you would like a call when our staging and moving team is en route please provide us with the best information to contact you.

What type of furniture is used?
Staging furniture varies based on the package you have chosen.

When is the best time to schedule my listing photos?
We advise photos to be scheduled two days after the staging. This ensures that we have sufficient time to conduct any edits.
