Tiffany Parker infuses her brand's mission with inclusivity, creativity, and charity. As her imprint in the design and home staging industry evolves, Parker continues to find creative ways to educate, serve, and bring joy to life through design.
At the forefront of her career, Tiffany Parker had the vision to use her expertise in business strategy and passion for design to create a better world. Parker is the Principal Owner and Founder of Parker Staging & Redesign, a home staging firm committed to using the art of design to transform our community.
Parker earned a Bachelor's in Political Science from Howard University, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. She then went on to lead marketing and communications initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like Booz Allen Hamilton and Rexahn Pharmaceuticals. She has also served as president of the Board of Directors of Thrive DC, a meal program initiative for homeless women in the DC Metro area.
After ten years in the public and private sector, Parker's design journey began to unfold as she pursued several entrepreneurial ventures like Kozy Home Furniture Rentals and Design Heals. In 2009, she launched Parker Staging, now one of the largest home companies in the region.
Parker's expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic businesses has allowed her to serve as a transitional resource for real estate & interior design professionals. She now leads and oversees the execution of over 460 home stagings per year, and manages an impressive inventory of new and used furniture and home goods. Her latest venture was in 2019, when Parker Staging opened BackStage, a boutique shopping space for reworked & aftermarket furniture. Parker saw an opportunity to preserve furniture and use it as a means to give back and protect the environment through a sustainable and charitable business model. Along with giving back to the community, Parker has launched a staging education program known as The Staging Lab. This staging education program is designed to help people reach their maximum potential while growing their passions and talents.
